With the release of Start11, we are starting to enforce the EULA policy of 1 activation (PC) per license:
https://www.stardock.com/support/software-eula
With that, we have compiled a FAQ to cover predictable inquiries.
How does this affect the Start11 product in Object Desktop?
Start11 will still have 5 concurrent activations as do all the other member products.
If I have an expired Object Destktop license, will that qualify me for a discount for Start11?
No; however, every lapsed Object Desktop license can be renewed at a substantial discount - that renewed license will include Start11 (and all it's future updates while the Object Destkop license is activate) as well as all the other member apps that are included.
To renew your Object Desktop license, please visit your account page that it is under:

If I purchase Start11, can I get more licenses at a discount?
Yes, once you purchase Start11 (or any Start product), you will be able to get additional Start11 licenses at a discount using the 'upgrade' link on the product page(s):

Do you provide greater discounts for higher quantities?
We have made available 5 PC licenses for home users on the purchase page:
https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/download
There is no 'upgrade' pricing for the 5 pack as it is already heavily discounted.
As noted prior, if 5 is more than you need, one can purchase individual licenses at a perpetual discount if you already have a qualifying product.
While Start11 For Business is not yet available, clients will be able to receive bulk discounts on purchases here:
https://www.stardock.com/corporatesolutions/
Will this new 1 to 1 activation enforcement affect other products I have already purchased?
No, it will not. If you purchase Start10 (or any other product at the time of this writing), it will still have the activation count it had when you purchased it.
If I have activated on a PC that I no longer have access to, how do I free up the license?

How will this affect Steam purchases once Start11 is available there?
Until Start11 is available on Steam, there is not an upgrade path for Steam Start10 purchase to obtain Start11 at a discount. We will have more information on upgrade options once Start11 is available on Steam.
