I broke it

I installed Fences 4 over 3.13, and it will not work. I cannot uninstall even using several 3rd party software. I system restored at a time previous to installation, still not working. I have attempted to reinstall, again, not working. May I get some advice? I am not an advanced user. Using Windows 7.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, Fences 4 does not compatible with Windows 7 as mention on its product page : https://www.stardock.com/products/fences4/.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version 3.X from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall V3, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
