Tiles not showing when browser is in full screen

I had browser window open and I was watching a youtube video full screen and I used keyboard shortcut I assigned for Tiles but Tiles as not showing. But, if I exit out of the full screen youtube video then it worked. Is there a setting to force Tiles to show all the time even when someother window is in full screen or configure Tiles to be the top most window? I really need this feature because when I work in full screen I need quick access to Tiles. Thanks.

I am using the latest version of Tiles.

I am afraid fullscreen mode in any app takes priority over anything else running which is why the taskbar also goes away when things are in fullscreen mode.
