Hello,

I've recently tried accessing my product key and it said that it had deactivated. I paid for a full version back when I purchased. 
Please let me know why this is happening. Thank you.

What is the actual Fences version # ( find it on the About Tab in the app )

Nevermind, I was able to resolve by using my Stardock login.
