Windows 11 can no longer be controlled

My other secondary machines can still be controlled, but not my Windows 11 laptop.  I can see the screen from the primary, but there is no response to keyboard or mouse, and the mouse cursor seems to be the primary cursor. I believe this has worked before.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing on the secondary, and I have tried turning off the (Eset) firewall at both ends.

What next?
