Cannot save Directory Opus windows in groups

I've just tried to save Directory Opus windows in various groups.

No matter what group is opened, they open without a Directory Opus tab.

I searched online, and someone mentioned this earlier in the forum - but no one responded to them.

Hoping the StarDock team can look into this, because Directory Opus is a Windows Explorer replacement & critical software.

Hey Famshoppa,

I also have this problem.  Have you figured anything out to fix this yourself??

It seems their Support team have not even looked at this..

Nothing from Stardock. So right now I just use True Launch Bar and place a shortcut to Opus on that.

You should be able to create a shortcut that opens a specific Opus window with a desired group of locations open within it. Expand that, and you can have say one shortcut that opens an Opus window with your download folders...another shortcut for an Opus window with artwork related locations. Clicking these from True Launch bar is pretty fast & easy.

I also find using the vertical tab layout helps with ease of navigation & collecting lots of open windows in a single Opus window.

Thanks for the reply.

DOpus windows will not 'automatically' group (among other things).  But it will group if I select the menu item 'Add to Group'.  So they are actually looking into that right now for me.  It groups them from the menu, but not automatically?  That makes no sense..  So, Groupy can obviously group them, but there is something wrong with the 'automatic' process..

Also, I can Save DOpus windows/listers as a Group.  But there is no point to that really because when you Open the Saved Group it's just going to display the default Lister for every window.  It's not going to remember what folder each windows was viewing.
