Stardock's bad UX ...

So i've bought Object Desktop... and thats it, im not even able to download any of its software, i've never received anything

i did create a ticket days ago but im still waiting. So while i wait, here is the things that they probably need to fix...

  • this page is broken : https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/fences4/ > it gvies 403 lol
    • thats not related to my ticket, go here and click on fence 4 beta, unless im the only one who have this problem ?
  • i tried to create my account when i bought object desktop, but i got > Server Error in '/' Application. each time i tried
  • can't get my product key from neither my paypal's email and my account's, its says there is no record .......
  • after i exited paypal's portal, i received an invalid product key...
  • i was confused, New Topic == New Post ?
  • additionnaly im getting spamemd by jira about the ticket ( received 14 emails at once )

Pretty bad UX i would say ... but im gonna wait a bit more.

i did this post for anyone else who got this same type of problem, don't just get angry tomato, unless its been months and you are still waiting for the support.

yes, as stated in my post :
