Active on another computer

Why does Start11 tell me it is active on another computer when I install it on a new computer. It is active on four computers. I thought that I could activate it on up to five computers. I have updated four of my computers to Windows 11. Start10 does not work with Windows 11.

This does not answer my question correctly. If I can add Start11 to up to five computers for Windows 11, why does it tell me it is on another computer. I understand that I can install it on up to five computers.

Odd.. you used to be allowed to activate on one personal device and one work device.
