Hide "All Programs"

Always seeing full program list wtih start menu.

The only disappointing thing I have seen in evaulating Start 11 is that there seems to be no way to hide the all programs list as thre was in win 10.  I have arrange the start menu with needed grouping of programs I use on multiple pages, but I still always seeing a full list of programs, most of which I don't need on daily basis. Hiding the all list - would eliminated a lot of clutter. Can this done?

Yes, this is possible. Click on the cog wheel to go into the configuration settings, scroll down to Advanced, and untick "Show app list in start menu".
