Start 11 Windows 10 Style

When using Window 10 Style on Windows 10 (19044.1320) there are a couple if items that I would like to see improved.

1) When you click on a Letter in the All Apps column, the resulting key is shown at the top of the column instead of centered in the column like windows 10. This requires a change in muscle memory and further mouse travel.

2) It would be great to be able to adjust the size of the icon inside the tile similar to TileIconifer. This would allow a more compact menu at larger tile sizes. Now, you have to make the tile size so small to get a compact menu, you can barely recognize the icon.
