When you install sysinternals from microsoft store and then click on the link it takes you to the sysintenals page instead of showing the apps locally. please fix.

That is normal.

I just checked here on a Win10 box without Start11 using the MS menu and clicking on the Sysinternals Suite link in all apps takes me to their webpage.
