Start11 Windows 10 Style fullscreen mode issue.

Using latest build of Windows 11 and Start11.
In Windows 10 mode when using full-screen, you can't get your apps to the top, there's one row of unused space. (Picture 1)
When not in full-screen mode you can use the top row. (Picture 2)
I really love the full-screen mode and hope this can be fixed.
