Windows 4K scaling

Upgraded from version 3 to the 4 alpha version and the desktop icons were not scaled according to the Windows "custom scale factor".

Gave up on fixing it and reverted to version 3 and now have the same problem with scaling. Manage to fix some fences but not all.
