Unable to create new Fence

Drawing a fence left to right/right to left on desktop does not work!

I am running Fences Version 3.1.3.3. I am unable to create a new fence on my desktop! I have never had the problem before but then I couldn't actually tell you when the problem started.

I have a second laptop running exactly the same version of Fences and it all works fine.

I uninstalled the problem version, downloaded version 3.1.3.3. and reinstalled but still nothing!

I can't believe I am the only person with this issue but then I don't want to troll through 10,000 posts to find other instances. It didn't come up when I did a search on the topic

Sorry Guys! False alarm ... I had Fences locked and only just realised! 'View > Lock Fences' ... unlock t be able to create a new Fence.
