Sorry to hear you are having issues. When you said "Old version, this was not a problem". You mean on Start11 v0.90, you don't have this issue?

yes  before last update (v0.90) nothing problem

Version 0.91 is the latest version are you on that version

Just for info my version  for Windows is 22000.282   update to date  10/21/2021

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

i thinks  is  last RTM bluid  windows  11,  bug with double screen 

maybe  also with  double screen with differente resolution  ( 1 4K ( 3840 x 2160 ) , my 2  1920x1080 )  

There will be a new version of Start11 release soon, with lots of bug fix in it. Hopefully one of it will be something for your issue. Appreciate your patience.

After reading in another section of the forum, am i correct in thinking if you deactivate the Start 11 license and uninstall the product, it can be installed again at a later time.

I only purchased Start 11 as i like many others assumed Windowblinds 11 would soon follow. After leaving numerous posts in the WB 11 Planning topic, no one member of staff or admin replied and it was left to myself (like others ) to speculate , based on some others posts that WB 11 would be would not be released for some time yet.

As i already have Start 10 used in conjunction with WB 10 on an SSD, and seeing as there will be no WB 11, Start 11 without WB 11 is useless to me.

Windowblinds has always been my go to desktop customization program, and as i want to move over to Windows 11 asap Start 11 is not needed as there are plenty of free Start replacement programs that will work well in conjunction with other themes and Skinpacks on the net.

I do not mean to sound disloyal, but without a Working WB11 , start 11 is useless to me without WB11

Yes, you can use it at a later time when WB 11 become available. But, Start11 also works on Windows 10 with WB10 installed.

Thanks for confirming now i have deactivated the license and uninstalled Start 11, i can re install when and if a WB 11 actually comes out

I understand Start 11 will work with Windows 11, but as i have already paid For Start 10, why would i need Start 11 as well without WB11.

Windowblinds has always been my go to Program for changing the look and feel of of my Desktop, so had no choice but to purchase Start 10, as WB 10 will not work correctly without it. I thought that because Start 11 was released, Windowblinds 11 would follow a few days later, boy was i wrong, as it looks like WB 11 will be at some far and distant point in the future. I never would have purchased Start 11 had i have known in advance there would not be a WB 11 following right behind. Why would i need a paid for Start Replacement Program, when there are  several free Start replacement Programs already on the market that do exactly the same thing.

Loyalty is very important to me, and i would of been completely happy to pay for a new WB 11, Windowblinds is Brilliant, and i have converted many friends and indeed many users from my own forum of which i am a Site Administrator, but Start 11 is pointless without WB11 when there are so many free start replacement Programs out there doing the same thing.

I hate to turn away from using WB, but what am i supposed to do if Stardock can not provide a working WB11 , other themes and skinpacks are readily out there for Windows 11, even though WB11 has been in the panning for almost a year and still nothing.

You are aware that Start11 is not just Start10 with Win11 compatibility?

It offers a huge number of additional features not just with the Win10/11 styles, but also big improvements for those using Win7/Modern style.  Greater control over icon sizes, whats on the right hand side, size of the right hand side etc.

Please also note that Start11 is not yet released to 1.0.  The plan has always been to put out a 1.0 of that and then we will consider other things.  I am afraid the priority has to be the products which are in higher demand and alas Start11 will outsell WB11 by a considerable margin.

As I mentioned elsewhere, there are no packs out there to the best of my knowledge which customize the frames on Windows 11.  It isn't a like for like comparison.  After all if all you cared about was the taskbar + startmenu then Stardock Curtains is technically 'working' on Win11 as long as you have Start11 installed (as the taskbar support would need S11 as Curtains isn't aware of Win11)

You also have to remember that Windows 11 wasn't even announced until the end of June.

I am fully aware of Start 11s capabilities over Start 10, but the free start replacement programs have similar functions, i am not interested in Curtains as it was always about Windowblinds for me, and that was the reason i had to buy Start 10 in the first place to make WB 10 work correctly, if it was not necessary to make WB 10 work i would never have purchased it.

I would say the pack i am now using is giving me around 95% of what WB10 did for me on my machine, yes there are no like for like packs that do everything WB 10 can do, but your company , right now for Win 11, has Zero to offer me by way of comparison as you have NO working WB11.

There was as with all new Operating Systems, an insider preview, which has been around for a long time before we seen the Win 11 release on the 5th of last month, and the Win 11 planning topic was started almost 11 months ago, yet we are told a WB11 release may be years away depending who in this forum you ask. Other theme makers have put out working themes, but my go to Program WB even after all that has been said above, does not even have a Beta for us to test (something i would be happy to do) and may not for a long time to come.

I will say it again, i am not some mardy kid but a long time loyal customer of Stardock, who has happily handed over my money for Start 10 and Windowblinds 10 for many years not to mention how many masterskins i have purchased to support your Skinners as they need each other to work, i just want that relationship to continue into the future, if i had of known there would not be a WB11, there would have been no need to purchase Start 11 at this time as other free alternatives are easily available.

I would think if you designed programs that can only work alongside another programs when used together, you would understand many users would not be happy to have one without the other, and judging by the many comments in the WB 11 Planning topic i am not alone in my thinking.

Be patient , just wait 

Windows 11 is Release 1 month ago so just let them time for release WB 11 ( after Start11 1.0 )
