1. Windows 10's start menu never has this thing
2. For a user who misses the Windows 10 start menu, it is usually an aboriginal in the digital age. The first graphics operating system I came into contact with was Windows 98, and this was also the first time I came into contact with computers. Users younger than me usually start with Windows XP. At least, they don't need to use a gradient mask to imply that this menu is "unfinished", not to mention the scroll bar on the right. This mask is a cumbersome design, redundant design.
