How did you get a dark grey background on your tiles? Mine have a light ugly grey background and I can't find where to change that. Thnx
I totally agree with this request.
In the mean time there is actually a way to pin folders on the windows 10 / 11 themes that took me a little while to figure out. If you type in the folder name in the built in start 11 search bar you can then left click and select add to start menu that way.
Moving forward I would like to see the pin to start 11 option become added to explorer list of options at the very least. At the very best it would be nice to add folders inside the start menu at some point.
RacBach, that image is of the original windows 10 start menu, not the start11 one.
I 100% agree. I installed Windows 11 before I realized how bad the new start menu is. Missing the groups and folders function of Windows 10 Start menu had me un-install Windows 11 within 10 minutes. I then stumbled upon "Start 11" and thought maybe I could give Windows 11 another try. Alas Start 11 is missing these key features as well. Looks like I will be staying with Windows 10 until Stardock or MS adds this important feature.
Can you put traditional MS shortcuts in the Folders you pin the start menu thereby "duplicating" the old MS WIN10 start menu folder function?
