Manually deactivating Multiplicity KVM

I purchased Multiplicity KVM from Steam. I have now upgraded my computer (replaced almost all hardware and installed fresh Windows 11).

When I try to use Multiplicity on my new Windows installation it says that it is active on other computer and needs to be deactivated. However pressing the continue button fails to do the deactivation.

I still have my old system disk and files on it on my computer. So the question is that can I somehow manually deactivate the other Multiplicity (from my old harddrive) when I have access to its install directory and other possible settings (in user profile directory etc). I have already tried to run the multiplicity from old harddrive and access the settings but that does not seem to work (Multiplicity starts from old harddrive, but I cannot access the settings).

I have also created a ticket with number SSN-19276 to get help resolving this issue. Just came to my mind that if some kind of manual deactivation is possible when I still have access to the old installation.
