tile color, padding, and size of icon within the tile as well as initial placement of tiles/groups

Hello, 

A couple of issues but probably more like feature requests:

- can we change the color of the tiles to be darker? 

- the icons seem to be smaller than win10 start was, can we make them bigger?

- when you pin something to the start menu, it puts it in the upper left, disturbing the order of tiles you already set 

- groups are really difficult to move around, and you can't really visualize where they move. They should show the tiles moving with the group as you preview
