Start 11

I have two computers each with version 0.90 of Start 11.  Everything is okay with the desktop, but the laptop has some issues. I have it set for the Windows 7 style menu, but the Favorites and Universal Applications do nothing when I hover over them or when I click on them. If I right click and choose Open I will get the File Explorer version instead of a menu.  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, but nothing seems to help.
