Your renewal process refuses to accept my transaction

I am trying to renew my Object Desktop license and get the following error with no other information given

We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.

This is the account I originally purchased from, and I have more than adequate funds on my card.  I want my renewal discount.

Edit: Nevermind, after a third attempt, and changing the order name from the legal name on my card to the user name I have entered on my account the transaction finally went through.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

If you didn't use your original email that you used before try it again using that email.

If for some reason you can't use that email then submit a ticket to support

and explain your issue to them .
