License for Legacy WindowBlinds for 32-bit Windows XP

Hello -

I have a strange question.  I want to install WindowBlinds on a 32-bit Windows XP computer for my Dad.  He has old 16-bit programs that he wrote going back to the DOS days, so the OS is a hard requirement.

The purpose of WindowBlinds is to apply a skin that makes it easier for him to see the screen with his bad eyesight.

This computer is NOT allowed on the internet, so I cannot purchase a license using a web browser.

QUESTION: Can anyone in stardock help me to purchase an old license for a WindowBlinds for 32-bit Widows XP?  I need to be able to purchase the license and install it OFFLINE.

You have an old version of WB , you just want a Lic. for it ?
