When will multiplicity support ipv6?

Edge case(but I suspect it will become more and more prevalent) but I need to use IPV6 for communication btw computers here.  I had to switch to mouse without border, which support ipv6, but I was wondering why multiplicity doesn't support ipv6 yet?  I've seen posts asking for it for over 6 years....

No current plans.  That said, most all networks are mixed - IPV4 and 6.  If that is the case with you, MP can still be used.

nope, it can't.  Reason is, the vpn(for remote work) redirect all protocols associated with ipv4 through the vpn, but we can use ipv6 for local communications.  So I can use MWB just fine since it support ipv6, but not MP. (yes, that's an edge case, but with mroe and more remote work, it will be more common) So I guess MP is officially out.  One less Object Desktop tool used, not worth renewing anymore.

Perhaps a workaround is to have both PCs connected to the VPN.

We aren't allowed to connect home computers to the office network through the vpn(pretty sure most companies don't allow that either) but being able to control both work/home computers with the same keyboard/mouse is a space saver and sooooo convenient.  Anyway, MWB works fine, but since I was paying for Object Dock I tried using multiplicity and was surprised to see it doesn't support ipv6.
