Missing Output File

I need an output file that is missing for my Fences to upgrade ...
When I try to update I get a popup saying that the Output File is missing ...
(Most likely I didn't accept with Avast Anti Virus asked to accept this file.)
How can I get this output file and where do I place it in my Programs File of Fences?

Reboot immediately after the purge.

With your Anti Virus shut off
Would you do this PURGE: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/
Reboot , test , then you should be able to proceed without issue .
