I cannot uninstall Fences because it is nowhere listed on the PC - not in Apps or any Windows Programmes folders. I reinstalled it, but nothing changed. This seems to be a common problem according to the internet. Does anybody know a way that can be used by a normal-minded PC user? Thanks...

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/
Reboot .
Make sure your install is C: drive no other drive will work ( did you install on another drive before ? )

I ran the purge (.bat) file as administrator, then came this black window with relevant registry entries - for many it said they could not be found. It also said that some files could not be opened or whatever as they are used by other applications. Again I reinstalled the latest Fences version rebooted, but then was greeted by Fences asking to help modify the program. As I wrote, the application is not listed anywhere on the PC, but as usually downloaded apps are on Windows C, it should be there somewhere too.
What version of Windows are you using, and what version of Fences?
Also, are you using any type of security software?
Thanks for the last few replies. Indeed all this is my fault. Searching for Fences on my PC, I missed that it is listed under Stardock. So I have nothing negative to say about the programme. Have a good day, all of you.
