Problem After Latest Fences Upgrade

After installing the latest version this morning the dialog for Create Fence Here and Create Folder Portal Here appear in ALL windows on the screen when moving the mouse near the center of the screen..  

Windows 10 Pro - Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1165)
