Manage your automatic application groupings

I'm using Groupy

Settings- Application Groupings-Manage your automatic application groupings
From the groupy three dot menu which appears to the right of your last tab select the automatically group option to add to this list.

A big rectangular window appears. I don't have a clue what this is all about. Under the window, it says view my saved groups, which I do understand. I would like to know what I'm missing here.

That box is where the applications you wish to be include for auto grouping. For example in the list below. Excel and Explorer will never auto group, while Word documents will automatically group upon open.
