Renewal for Wincustomize site

Hello,

I renewed my Wincustomize.com site subscription for a year for user ot7849.
I did get a confirmation of payment for Order ID: STARDOCK210727-3657-49325 thru
FastSpring but I still can't download anything from the site such as icons or new Dreamscape themes
and the site reports no current active subscription.

Some additional info that might help you:

Email login used Do not post emails in a public forum

Also, when you do a renewal it's always good to log-off, clear your cookies, and login again.
