Small menus fonts size

Hi all,

I used to work with Fences on windows 7 with no complains, everything was perfect.

Now on windows 10 on my Dell laptop, it seems fine,

BUT, sometimes when I disconnect the docking station and work stand alone, the whole windows menus fonts size getting extremely small,

even when I re-connect the docking back.

it doesn't happen all the time, so i don't really know when.

I tried to change windows setting and it didn't helped until the moment I uninstalled Fences and restart the PC and then all went ok again.

now I installed the fences again the it happened again.

how to solve it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your laptop system.

  1. Windows version, You can use Winver.exe to get Windows full version numbers.
  2. Fences version.
  3. Your Monitors and Docking setup. Resolution and Scaling.

the latest Fences version from website, Fences3-sd-setup, i think 9.5.1.0

When the issue happen, do the Explorer.exe restart and see if it help. https://www.itechtics.com/restart-explorer/

Hello Basj,

i want to update, i did a restart and i think it solved.

so at this point i think we OK - i will inform with any chnage.

 

but i would like to know before i purchase the license (im still on trial), whetehr it will be solved becuase it's not reasonable to do it every time.
