Separating tabs in Chrome causes Groupy to create its own tab

Whenever I have multiple tabs on Google Chrome, I sometimes want to drag a tab out of the window so that it could have its own window. However, when I do this, Groupy gets said tab, and places it in a group where there are two Groupy tabs (the tabs that Groupy makes, not the Chrome tabs): one Groupy tab that contains the Chrome window with the Chrome tab that I attempted to drag out, and the other Groupy tab that contains the Chrome window where the rest of the Chrome tabs are.

I want it so that Groupy could ignore the action and just simply let me drag a tab out of Chrome without it being grouped. I have a setting that requires the ctrl key to be pressed to group applications, but this issue persists even without holding ctrl.

This is very inconvenient and I wish this could be prevented since it slows down my workflow.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can set so that Chrome not to group automatically.

Thank you so much. This solved my problem. I didn't know there was an option to disable automatic grouping for certain applications
