Windowblinds not skinnig settings and other apps?

I was forced to reinstall windows after PC hardware failure. of course I want my skin back. I noticed windows settings ect totally not skinning at all. it used to not?

I could sadly not find an answere.

if its no longer possible I will accept it but if there is a way to skin again I'm happy to know?

running windows 10.0.19043 build 19043.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
