What is going on with website???

Trying to buy software and website on constant loading

I have been trying to buy Fences.  I have new client using it so trying to buy it to become familiar, but website just contstant load.. I checked my download speed over 500 mbits.. I even connected to a system at another location and tried from there same thing..

This is not looking good... I don't want to have to support software that you can't even get to the website to get.
