How to place separate browser instances on different pages.

How do you place separate instances of a browser on multiple pages in Tiles2. It seems like all instances are shown on all pages that include the browser executable, even when the page is configures using "Pick app by window" . With the popularity of web applications this behavior makes the the application unusable for its intended purpose.
