Black blank screen in Windows Server 2019 at logon

I have been using Start8 with Windows Server 2012 (Standard) for a number of years and it accomplished what I wanted and expected it to do, I recently updated this server to Windows Server 2019 (Standard) and decided to try Start 10 on this device, it seemed to work fine for a few weeks and then all of a sudden it came up with a Blank Black screen after any logon, all other functions seemed to work fine. Tried rebooting , still the same thing, I uninstalled Start10 and my screen came back to normal. Anybody have any ideas or clues as to this problem or should I go back to Start8?

If you reinstall Start10, does it still happen?

If you set the Start10 service to manual:

Reboot, then start the service, what happens?

hello  exact same issue.  Windows 10, running fine until yesterday.  Black screen /white pointer.   Remote Start 10, boots fine.  Reinstall, black screen/pointer
