Fence Labels Showing up in Start Menu

Im running fences on 2 pcs and they are exhibiting different behaviors.

The issue I have is that I have 5 fences on the desktop with no labels and the setting "never show label"

You can see the icon has the fences logo.

I must have a setting wrong, but i cant quite figure it out.

Any ideas?

In the start menu, I see 5 folders all with the name "Enter TitleStart Menu with Fences Listed"
