Some Product Keys stopped working?

So I've used Groupy, Cursor FX and Icon Packager on my previous laptop with no problem. I got a new laptop this month and reinstalled and reactivated all three using the product keys in my account page's order.

All worked fine until few mins ago, when I decided I wanted to change my laptop's name cuz I don't like the name it showed via Bluetooth. I updated the name, it asked to restart and upon coming back, Groupy and Cursor FX asked to be reactivated. (Icon Packager didn't... that's weird :P).
But when I use the codes it says Error -205 and it won't work. It says to contact support but they don't assist with keys I'm to understand?
So what do I do to get it back? :S

Thanks in advance!

PS. If I try to enter with email and password it does the same :/

EDIT: Ah, sorry. I guess Japanese characters are not allowed, so I reverted back to Western letters :P Shame though :P
Feel free to delete this, can't find where to :)

When  I opened Sound Packager 10, It  froze up and became non-responsive, so I closed it and tried again, with the same result. So I was forced to download and re-install my old copy of Sound  Packager version 1.31. However, when I entered its  Product  Key, it gave me an error message which said "Invalid  Product Key/Serial Number", although I was careful to enter all numbers and letters completely.  So I tried changing my  e-mail  address, but then it gave me an error message "e-mail address not found". So I tried off-line activation,  but that didn't work also, so now I am stuck  with a trial version of my purchased Sound Packager ver.1.31 software. I thought that when I purchased Sound Packager ver. 1.31 several Years ago, the Serial Number/ Product Key would be valid Forever! So please help me with this Problem of Mine.

Thanks Alot,

Hi Again,

I re-installed my paid copy of Sound Packager ver. 1.31, clicked on the about tab, but  because ver. 1.31 is so old, all I got was a brief description of the  Program, but no "Manage Product Keys" button.  So I went to my "Downloads" and "Order History" , but SoundPackager ver. 1.31 did not show up, because I think it is too old. So now what do I do?

Thanks again for your assistance on this matter.

Sincerely,

RaySylvester  Jaque
