Cursor stuck on Secondary

I have a Primary with 2 Monitors and Secondary with 3 monitors. When transitioning from Primary to the Secondary, it works fine but then transitioning back to the primary does not. I can no longer control the Primary. If I shutdown and restart the Secondary then the cursor will return to the Primary. I can try the transition to the Secondary again and it works but then transitioning back to Primary does not work again.

Primary is a desktop and Secondary is a desktop. Both are connected via ethernet cable to same switch on same subnet. Both have latest Windows updates and hardware drivers. Firewalls are disabled and Antivirus has exceptions configured for MP. Running latest release of MP 3.55 as well. It is configured for seamless operation.

We have 11 other setups with this same configuration and there are no issues. ONLY on this one setup.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It is likely:

A firewall issue

The Secondary is not configured on the grid correctly \ wrong monitor is set as 'main'

MP is being told to restrict it:
