Send window to an existing group

Let's say, I have a Word document and an Excel file open and combined these two windows in a group. Now, if I open a PowerPoint file then the PowerPoint window will open on top of the existing windows. Now, if I want to add this PowerPoint window to the group containing the Word document and Excel file, I have to either minimize PowerPoint window or maximize either Word document or Excel file and then on the group of Word and Excel windows I have to click the 3 dots and then add PowerPoint window to this group.

What would be nice is to also have a feature where I can send a window to an opened group. This way, I can directly select the 3 dots from PowerPoint window and send to the Word and Excel group. This becomes very useful if there are many individual windows I want to group. Is this feature already available and if it is then how can I use it? But, if not can this be added to next version of Groupy? Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure what you mean by this statement

Now, if I want to add this PowerPoint window to the group containing the Word document and Excel file, I have to either minimize PowerPoint window or maximize either Word document or Excel file and then on the group of Word and Excel windows I have to click the 3 dots and then add PowerPoint window to this group.
End of quote

You should be able to just drag Powerpoint via its titlebar over that Word and Excel Group and add it to it? No?

What you said is true and it will work only if the Word and Excel grouped windows are on top, but if those grouped windows are below 3 other windows then dragging PowerPoint window will not work. In this case, I have to bring the Word and Excel windows to the front and then drag PowerPoint window on top of that group.

What I'm saying is on the PowerPoint window there are 3 dots for Groupy application and there should be an option to add PowerPoint window to the the Word and Excel group. Right now the functionality of Groupy is such that all windows that are part of a group are removed from and do not show up on the list of available windows on the 3 dots of Groupy of other windows.

I think the 3 dots should show all existing (ungrouped) windows on top and then on the bottom (separated via a separator) should show all existing grouped windows, so that I can pick from either list and PowerPoint (as an example) will be added to either an ungrouped window or  existing grouped windows.
