Main control screen only shows Seamless NO KVM

I have purchased KVM 3, (actually twice) but I can only see the Seamless Tab on the Master computer. When I try to drag a 3rd computer to the display grid it replaces the current secondary. Any ideas?

Sounds like your license isnt installed correctly (there was a previous issue that has since been corrected). Deactivate Multiplicity by changing it from Primary to Secondary. Then change it back to Primary and re-activate Multiplicity. That should correct your license and get your KVM tab back.
