Fences not starting after reboot

My Fences does not restart after a reboot - it used to. In Task Manager the two Fences services are Disabled. I have Enabled them but aftera rebo ot they are back to Disabled each time.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system and issue.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Fences installed version.
  3. Name of Antivirus/Security software.
  4. Did you install Fences in its default directory?

  4. Did you install Fences in its default directory?  Program Files(x86)\Stardock\Fences

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Hi,

 

removed and reinstalled but cannot activate again as it says my email address is invalid !!!

Still says email address is not valid !! I purchased Fences through Ashampoo if that makes any difference ??
