How to change Title Bar color.

Hi.

 

I want to edit Windows 98 theme from wincustomize to Windows 2000 colors, but when i change color it's dosent work, still old color is enable.

I believe those settings are antique in SkinStudio for Windows 7, 8 and 10 Robert, I don't think they don't work any more, along with several other color settings.. Hopefully Stardock will update SkinStudio for Windows 10 soon. You would need to edit the Titlebar images assigned to the skin themselves to obtain the look you want.

Yep skin is in .tga and .bmp

The .tga's are converted to .png when you open them from SkinStudio to your graphics editor. After opening and saving, they are converted back to .tga. They are used for per pixel frames.  The .bmp's are used for uis2 frames.
