move application to a new machine

Back in 2016, I ordered the Start10 Software and installed it on a Win10 machine. 
 
Unfortunately, this machine is now permanently offline and cannot be re-connected to the internet.

I need to reinstall this application on a new machine. 
 
Do I need to deactivate the license so that it can be moved to the new machine?

Or can I just install on new machine straight away, using the original Product Key.
 
Any special instructions.

You can deactivate your old activation before activate on the new system using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/Accounts-and-Activation-Support-FAQ#deactivateproduct. Try it and let us know if you still need assistance.

If you already purchased Start10, you can use the link I provided above and deactivate on old activation and reactivate on your other computer. If not, and the software came with the computer, than you need to talk to that computer seller on possibility to transfer those account to you. And you will need to raise a support ticket using the link below.
