Old Version Download? 3.55 broke KVM mouse

Hi! The latest update has completely borked mouse inputs for me in KVM. The only thing that has changed was a Multiplicity update, so I know it's the cause. I'd like to rollback to the previous version so I can use this software at all. My downloads section only downloads the latest broken build.

Is there some place on this site where I can download the previous version so I can get back to a working state?

Are you able to be more specific by what you mean by broken KVM mouse?

Is the mouse not working at all, or misaligned or ?

Someone else will be along hopefully to address the question on downloads but this information is useful so we can fix whatever the issue is.

Hi. Thank you for the reply. Sorry for not being explicit, I assumed the issue was known since it's the same as: https://forums.stardock.com/503707/page/1/#3799635 TLDR; In KVM mode, the mouse moves slowly and erratically (from the corner out and back to the corner quickly or slowly) on the screen of the remote and never lines up to where the mouse is in the software client.

This thread is also explaining the same issues: https://forums.stardock.com/503498/355-cannot-unlock-secondary-computers

This image another user provided illustrates the issue: https://imgur.com/jD0uwmn

The point of this thread was not so much to ask for help with the issue, it was to ask for a download location to the previous build which did not have this issue.

Thanks!

Unfortunately in testing here we cannot reproduce this issue so far which is very frustrating.  It looks like a dpi scaling mismatch (is your primary set to use anything other than 100%?) and we did make a change to how mouse input is scaled.

Some of those issues are unrelated as the unable to unlock one relates to no keyboard input.

Have you uninstalled the software, REBOOTED (critical) and then reinstalled on the primary?  Did this help as one possible explanation is not all the Multiplicity files have been replaced correctly.

I will poke someone to provide you a link to the older version for now so you can continue to work, but if you are able to do the above it would be most helpful, or any more information on your setup (dpi scaling settings etc) so we can attempt to reproduce internally.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

While we very much want an keep your environment as is to try to resolve this, here is a link to 3.50.  Please install it on just the primary 1st, reboot, and see if the issue remains, if so, try on the 2nd as well.

Thank you to you both.

I'll give the removal, restart and clean install a shot and let you know what happens before I revert back.

The uninstall, restart, and re-install on only the primary seemed to have done the trick. Thanks for your help!

Was that 3.55 or 3.5?
