'Create Fence here' dialogue missing

No matter which option I choose in Fences configuration (left click/right click/both) the 'Create fence here/Create Folder Portal here' popup doesn't show up on the desktop. De- and reinstallation didn't help. What can I do to fix this? Existing fences are working fine, but I'm not able to create new ones.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you have not locked your Fences. If you do, please unlock it and try again.
