Disappearing Fences

I am using Fences 3.  I have Windows 10 Home.  I had three fences and two of the three have disappeared.  I've used Fences for years and this just recently occurred.  I have searched this forum and cannot solve the issue.  I have tried

  1. uninstall / reinstall.  I used IObit uninstaller to try to get rid of all files/folders in the hope that I could start over, but it remembered my previous fences, recreated them automatically and the 2 of three are still hidden
  2. I ensured quick hide is NOT enabled
  3. I ensured home -> basic options -> Enable Fences IS enabled
  4. I only have one monitor
  5. The folders I have in these two fences are still on my desktop, just hidden somewhere

Did you check and see if they were moved to a desktop Page?

Try restoring a snapshot from when they were there

because I uninstalled and reinstalled I do not have a snapshot from when they were visible.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
