Master Skin problem

What do we do if there is a problem with a skin purchased from a Master Skinner?  There is no way to message the creator... clicking on private message goes back to orignal page.  It is difficult to trust reviews when things like this happen.  Are most reviews are based on screenshot?

I like the windowblinds skin and usually her? skins are my go to choice when paying.  With some screenshot detective work, the last three skins have the same 'feature' .   The power and log buttons are reversed.  I would be okay if they functioned as labeled... but they do not.  I put a comment in the skin comments asking about it but I don't think it has been seen.

I won't go into names here.  It is a prolific artist.  I hate to do a chargeback.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can't recreate your issue on sending Private Message. Just go to the Master Skinner profile page and click that "Send Private Message" button.

not sure if this is the problem you are referring to (log off, turn off computer)

but as you can see, this is the way microsoft worded it, (original luna skin shown)

I know it is reversed, but I want to stay true to the luna style.

ps...I did not see any message from you?

I appreciate the quick responses.  I tried to message you Vampothika and it sent me back to the wincustomize page.  I see it working now though.  My previous messaging with you worked so I don't know.  I'll continue this in the messaging system now.  :)
