Windows Blinds 10 and Windows 10 21H1

Hi.

I'm using latest WindowBlinds 10 under Windows 10 21H1 Dev Fast Ring (10.0.21301.1000). And i have some glass bug in IrfanView. When i disable skin for IrfanView then photos works correct.

Windows Blinds works correct on Windows 10 20H2 RTM and 20H2 Beta Slow Ring.

ok this bug is in Notepad and other programs.

This transparent bug come from Windows Blinds.

 

1. Clean instalation Windows 10 21H1 and all aplication work correct.

2. When install Windows Blinds then i see glass bug on some app.

3. When i disable skining from Windows Blinds setting then bug is disapre.

I think you misunderstood me.

WindowBlinds works correctly on all the previous versions of Windows 10.

It is not working correctly on the beta version of Windows 10 you are using because of a bug in that OS in how it handles requests for transparency.  This bug is on the Microsoft side and should be reported to Microsoft as bugs in insider builds of Windows should be in the same way a bug with any other third party app on the current insider version of Windows would be.

We do not offer any support for insider releases of Windows due to the fact that the OS changes from build to build and silly bugs like this appear and (hopefully) disappear.

Or Microsoft has made changes in Windows that make WB incompatible with build 21H1. The situation was very similar in 2019.

Ok. 21H1 is in beta chanell and WB works correct now.
