Cursors blinking rapidly

All the cursors have this fast blinking to them, there is no smooth animation and it really is ruining the cursors, I have methodically went through all the settings and nothing changes it. If anyone can think of a fix please don't hesitate to tell me!. I am running Win 10 with the native resolution of 2560X1440 Thank You

I am on an Alienware Laptop and the only info I have for you is Resolution 2560X1440 Scale 100%
It has Nvidia GeForce GTX1080
This blinking only occurs on cursors that have animation of any kind, the plain inanimate cursors are fine, also when I move the cursor with animation the animation freezes as long as I am moving the cursor. But it's the animated cursors I prefer.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/485856/cursorfx-support-faq#reinstalling . Please re-download the latest again from your account. Reboot after the purge and reinstall, make sure to reinstall in its default locations. Reboot again after the installation finish. Retest and report back.

Well that helped with the animation freezing when I move the cursor, but the flickering is still happening.
