Fences On Windows 10 Build Issues

My PC updated to Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 Build 18363.1316 last week. Every since then I've noticed when I have documents open sometimes part the Fence on the top of the screen is on top of my document and I cannot focus on my document and I cannot get to the document toolbar and when I rebooted it told me Fences had an issue and to right-click on desktop to enable fences.

I've had Fences for years and love it but it's the first time I've ever had an issue.

Any help please?

I believe it is best to update to latest Fences V3 to be best compatible with current versions of Windows 10.
