Hang up on shutdown

from Stardock Forums

I have recently installed and purchased Groupy (1.46) and am seeing this message each time I shutdown. 

Any way to troubleshoot what is causing this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know what version of Windows you're on. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

Also what other application windows were open in a group at the same time please.

Windows version: 10.0.19042.685

Applications open - usually I close any open windows when I shutdown but for reference, I do have Displayfusion and Rainmeter installed that are always running if that is helpful.
